Using Interac at Spinrise: Deposits and Withdrawals

Most Canadians try Interac first. It pulls money straight from your Canadian bank account, so no card number is involved. Below you will find both directions, plus what to do if a transfer looks stuck.

How to deposit by Interac e-Transfer or Interac Online

Go to the cashier

In the list of deposit options, tap Interac. Some operators call it Interac e-Transfer, others Interac Online.

Type in your amount

Look at the minimum and maximum listed for Interac itself. On one account, the limits for Interac can be different from those for cards.

Finish the transfer in your bank's app

Normally the site sends you to your own banking app or an Interac Online page, or hands you the details, so you can approve the payment.

Wait for the confirmation

An Interac e-Transfer deposit typically lands within minutes. Interac Online may take a little longer or shorter, depending on your bank.

Check the balance and hold on to the reference

Hang on to the transfer's reference number. Delete it only after the money shows in your account.

How to withdraw to Interac

You will normally need to pass full account verification before any payout. With that done, follow these steps:

Make sure the wagering is finished

If a bonus is active, you must clear its wagering requirement or have the bonus officially cancelled. Only then will a withdrawal request be accepted.

Ask for the payout by Interac

Choose Interac as your payout option. Some operators will only pay out through whichever method you used for the deposit that qualified.

Leave time for the casino's own processing

That is how long the casino takes to approve your request. It is a separate step from the Interac transfer, and it is normally where most of the waiting happens.

Get the money by Interac

After approval, the Interac transfer is generally quick, and it often arrives the same day.

What if the transfer never arrives?

  • Double-check the email address or security answer you used for the transfer
  • Make sure you did not go over your bank's Interac transfer limit
  • Let the usual confirmation period pass before you write to support
  • Write to support with the precise date, time and reference number. Resubmitting one request over and over won't help
i
On fees

If Interac e-Transfer fees apply, your own bank normally sets them, not the casino. Should a small deduction turn up that the casino never mentioned, look at your bank's fee schedule.

Common questions

If something is charged, it is more likely your bank's e-Transfer service than the casino. See what your bank's fee schedule says.

Once approved, the Interac leg is normally quick. Most of the delay comes from the operator's own verification and processing queue, not from Interac.

At some operators the payout must go back through the method you deposited with. Read the payments page or ask support first, and do not assume Interac is open for withdrawals.

Call your own bank right away. Interac transfers are dealt with on the bank's side, long before the casino sees anything.
